I've picked out a tester. How do I order/purchase?
Please follow these instructions for shipping the LITE-CHECK testers and products to minimize damage.
1) Remove all air connections from the tester.
2) Include the remote control and antenna with the tester
3) Select a sturdy box that exceeds the tester size by at least 2 inches in all three dimensions.
4) Pack tester in upright position with shipping label on top of the box.
5) Place dunnage on bottom and all surfaces to prevent movement inside the box
6) Enclose return shipping instructions.
7) Include brief explanation of equipment problems and history.

What kind of power supply do I need?
•LITE-CHECK manufactures a 12 volt DC filtered and regulated power supply (311R) which is a perfect companion for INSPECTORs used in shop environments.
A standard 12 Volt battery is a good power source for the tester, but unfiltered power supplies such as battery chargers should not be used as a direct power source as they will disrupt the operation of the INSPECTOR's electronics, and can cause damage to both the tester and ABS controllers.
What kind of ABS is supported?
The INSPECTOR 910B can read and clear fault codes for BENDIX, HALDEX, WABASH and WABCO ECUs.
What kinds of tests can the CERTIFIER 912 perform?
The CERTIFIER 912 can perform FMVSS 121 Brake Timing test, and can verify electrical system operation, brake & PLC/ABS operation. The CERTIFIER also performs a Balance Test with simultaneous tracking of up to 8 air delivery points.
What is required to set up and operate the CERTIFIER 912?
A regulated air source of 120 psi at 10scfm, 110V AC power, and a computer monitor and printer.
What type of training is required?
LITE-CHECK offers and encourages a one day installation and training on the equipment. An operation manual is provided in paper form and is on the desktop of the provided computer. Also, on-screen help messages standard in the LITE-CHECK software assist the operator in identiifying faults and interpreting results.
What is the trailer testing routine?
Power up the tester and the supply air. Connect the 7-Way cable and glad hands. Connect the air transducers to brake cans for 121 Timing Test. Remotely operate circuits and tests, or automatically through the computer software. Then inspect the report file.
How many transducers are needed?
One sensor per brake chamber being tester is required. The CERTIFIER 912 is capabale of testing up to 8 brake chambers at one time.

What ABS software does the CERTIFIER 912 support?
The CERTIFIER 912 supports any ABS manufacturer on the market if the user supplys the software. The LITE-CHECK system software will link the ABS report directly to the LITE-CHECK report.
