The LITE-CHECK 801M tester connects to a trailer and prime mover with standard 7w/12w inter-vehicle electrical cables and air brake lines with glad hands.
The tester electronics diagnose the vehicle’s standard and black out lighting systems and emergency and service air systems with an air leak test. Electrical problems (open, short, open ground, chassis ground) are presented on the easy-to-read digital display with an audible fault alarm. Air pressures and air loss are displayed with an audible alarm for excessive air loss.
The full function remote control has circuit keys for both the 7pin and 12pin and air brake operation for one walk around the vehicle. The panel membrane has duplicate keys plus tractor/cable test key.
The LITE-CHECK 801M can be connected to prime mover electrical output socket for voltage and pin testing.
Recoverable prime movers can be tested like a trailer by connecting to the front sockets and glad hands.
7w/12w inter-vehicle electrical cable test is automatic by plugging both ends into the LITE-CHECK 801M designated sockets for an automatic pass/fail message with identified faults.

After removal from pallet, wheels and tester must be attached to test station for operation.
