NEXT GENERATION TRAILER DIAGNOSTICS
For military and tactical fleets, trailer readiness is mission-critical. The MIL 810 is built to cut inspection time by quickly validating output and connection integrity in extreme conditions, from staging areas to remote deployments. Its flexible power options and compatibility with 7-way, 12-way, and air brake connections allow one maintainer to test an entire section of trailers in a fraction of time, reducing overall maintenance time by half, without external power, extra personnel, or extra vehicles.
KEY CAPABILITIES
Comprehensive diagnostics: lighting, electrical circuits,
air-brake, ABS systems
Standalone power supply for independent operation (no truck power needed).
Supports 7-way, 12-way, and air brake connections on all military trailers and select military vehicles.
Simulated load testing reveals circuit conditions: good, open circuit, open ground, circuit short, & chassis short.
Air-brake leak-down testing can be completed in accordance with CFR 49, sect. 570.57.
Rugged frame & portable kart configuration are built for field use in sand, dust, heat, and vibration. Tested at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, CA: Lite-Check, Fleet Solutions.
Government/Federal supply-chain ready: NSN 4910-01-453-1636, CAGE 0CV07.
Rugged does not mean complicated. The MIL 810 is designed for fast deployment with a clear interface, minimal setup, and a portable configuration. Whether you are in the shop, the motor pool, or the field environment, technicians receive repeatable testing without hassle, allowing them to keep moving forward.

No. The MIL 810 is powered by either 110 VDC or 220 VDC shop power through the Universal Power Supply, two standard 12 VDC batteries, one 24 VDC battery, or 24 VDC from a vehicle slave receptacle, so you can deploy it in the field, yard, or forward area without needing truck power.

Perform full diagnostics of electrical, lighting, air brake, and ABS systems in minutes, eliminating guesswork with automatic fault detection.
One technician can conduct airbrake leak-down tests and apply brakes using the tablet.
The tablet interface allows for lights, brakes, and the ABS systems to be inspected from any location around the trailer, reducing inspection and repair times by half.
